In short

Jubilate does not collect personal data. There is no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. Everything the app knows about how you use it stays on your phone. The only network connection the app makes is to Google Play, to handle subscriptions.

Who we are

Jubilate is made by Billionaire Way, an independent developer (billionaireway.site). For any question about this policy or your data, write to support@jubilate.today.

What the app stores on your phone

• Your choices: Bible translation, topics, theme, widget settings and the daily wallpaper schedule.
• Your favorite verses.
• Small bookkeeping the widgets need, such as when a widget was last updated, and the result of the last background run. The Widget health screen shows this to you. It is copied only if you choose Copy diagnostics, and it goes only where you paste it.

This information is kept on your phone only. It is removed when you clear the app's data or uninstall the app. The Bible texts, topic lists and prayers are bundled in the app, so reading works offline.

What the app does not do

• It does not ask you to create an account or sign in.
• It does not use analytics, advertising, advertising identifiers, crash-reporting services or tracking of any kind.
• It does not read your contacts, location, photos, microphone or camera, and it asks for no storage permission.

Network use

Jubilate has no server of its own. The app talks to Google Play only to show subscription prices, start a purchase and check whether Plus is active. When you open a link, write to support or use the share button, the app hands over to the browser, mail app or sharing app you choose, and that app's own policy applies.

If you write to us

If you email support@jubilate.today, we receive your email address and what you write, and use them only to answer you. We do not add you to a mailing list or pass your message on. We delete the correspondence within 12 months of the last message, or sooner if you ask.

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. Google is responsible for your payment details and for the purchase records it keeps, under the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Jubilate receives from Google Play only the status of the subscription (active or not, and when it ends) and an opaque purchase identifier that Google Play uses to confirm it, and stores them on your phone only. We never see your name, email address or payment method.

Wallpapers and images

Jubilate changes your wallpaper only when you press Set wallpaper, or every day if you turn on the daily wallpaper (Jubilate Plus). Images for wallpapers and for sharing are created on your phone. An image is saved to your gallery (Pictures/Jubilate) only when you choose Save to gallery, and it is passed to another app only through the system share sheet that you control.

Rating the app

If you choose Rate Jubilate, Google Play shows its own review dialog. What you submit is handled by Google Play under Google's terms.

Children

Jubilate is intended for people aged 16 and over and is not directed at children.

Your rights and deleting data

Because the app sends no personal data about you to any server, there is nothing from the app for us to delete or export. If you have written to us, ask and we will delete those emails. To remove everything the app keeps on your phone, clear its storage in your phone's settings or uninstall it. Data about purchases is held by Google Play; you can manage it through your Google account. If you have a question about this policy, write to support@jubilate.today.

Changes

If the app changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
