Using Jubilate

Jubilate is made by Billionaire Way, an independent developer. By using Jubilate you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be at least 16 years old to use it. The app gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it on your own devices. You may not copy it, resell it or take it apart, except where the law allows this.

Free and Plus

Reading, the verse of the day, search, favorites, topics, verse sources, text size, three widget designs (a landscape in color, a sepia engraving and Glass with its basic settings) in every size and part of the wallpaper gallery are free, with no ads and no account. Jubilate Plus unlocks every other widget design and the extra Glass colors and lens finish, the whole wallpaper gallery and the daily wallpaper.

Subscriptions

• Plus is a subscription, billed weekly or yearly through Google Play. Google Play shows the price and the billing period in your currency before you buy; it may include taxes.
• If Google Play offers your account a free trial, the trial is 7 days. When it ends, the price of the plan you chose is charged unless you cancel before the end of the trial, and then it is charged again every week on the weekly plan or every year on the yearly plan. Google Play shows the date of the first charge before you confirm.
• The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time in Google Play (Jubilate Settings, Manage subscription, or Google Play, Payments and subscriptions). Plus then stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that, the app returns to the free version: widgets with a Plus style fall back to a free style, and your favorites and settings are kept.
• Payments, refunds and billing questions are handled by Google Play under its terms and the consumer rights that apply where you live. Jubilate cannot cancel or refund a purchase itself.
• Restore purchases brings Plus back on a new phone or after a reinstall, using the same Google account.

Scripture texts and content

The Bible translations in Jubilate are in the public domain, as listed under Texts and licenses, including the note about the King James Version in the United Kingdom. The topic lists and short prayers are original to Jubilate and may be used only inside the app.

Wallpapers and widgets

The daily wallpaper replaces your current wallpaper and Jubilate cannot bring the earlier one back, so save it first if you want to keep it. Some phone makers limit background work or lock screen changes. Widgets and wallpapers may therefore update later than planned, and we cannot promise an exact time.

Reflection, not advice

The verses and prayers are offered for reading and reflection. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice.

No warranty and liability

Jubilate is provided as it is, without promises that it will always work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms. If a change matters for you, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
